2. Orders and Payments

When you place an order:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes
Payment is processed securely through Square
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
Incorrect pricing errors may result in order cancellation

3. Pickup and Delivery

For pickup orders:

Orders must be picked up at the specified time
Unclaimed orders after 30 minutes may be discarded without refund
Valid ID may be required for pickup

For delivery orders (if applicable):

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Delivery fees apply and are shown at checkout
Someone must be present to receive the order

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days
Orders already in preparation cannot be cancelled
We reserve the right to issue refunds for unsatisfactory orders

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions:

Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen
We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation
Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution
Please note allergies in special instructions

Chasing Eagles is not liable for:

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
